About Me
Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Group Facilitator
Meet Susan Keeler
I am a Mental Health Counselor licensed in New York and Texas. I have also facilitated groups for more than 30 years.
I've experienced some tough losses and challenges in my 65+ years of living. Surprisingly, these hard times, though so painful, often turned out to be gifts, once I realized I didn't have to recover totally on my own. It was hard for me to ask for help (and to be honest it still can be!) but I'm so glad I reached out.
Therapy helped me access my inner wisdom, lean on others for help, and recreate my life so that I could be more myself in work and in relationships.
I became a therapist so I could help others do the same.

"True healing happens when we stop trying to do it all alone and allow ourselves to be witnessed, supported, and truly seen by others."
